Reporting Illegal Content
CEOP: In April 2006, a new UK centre was launched
called the
Child Exploitation and Online
Protection Centre (CEOP) . It is a one-stop place to report child
sex abuse online or offline. CEOP also have educational resources for
educators and young people:

Mobile operators
Since 2004, mobile operators in
the UK have signed up to the
UK code of practice for the self-regulation of new forms of
content on mobiles [last updated on the 10th June 2009].

European Framework for Safer Mobile Use by Younger Teenagers and
Children
